OUR HISTORY

A. DeSantis DeVelopments Ltd., a prominent building company whose head office is in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. It is one of several private corporations that have been founded by and have prospered under the direction of Mr. A. (Tony) DeSantis. Since 1962, through one of DeSantis’ corporations, Mr. DeSantis has built, developed, managed, purchased and sold virtually thousands of properties from individual homes to sub-divisions of single homes, high-rise apartments, commercial & industrial projects.

Desantis DeVelopments Ltd. has earned a superior rating for many years of excellent after-sales service from the Tarion New Home Warranty Program while maintaining long standing memberships with the Hamilton Halton Home Builders Association, Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington, Ontario and Canadian Real Estate and Home Builders Associations.
