1957-1980s

1957: A. (Tony) DeSantis begins selling houses in Hamilton as a registered real estate sales representative
1962: Tony co-builds his first home on Chestnut Street, Hamilton
1968: A. DeSantis Real Estate is incorporated and its offices built at 208 Ottawa Street North, Hamilton
1970s–1980s: Residential and commercial developments were built across Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford and Niagara, including apartments and commercial plazas

1990s

1995: Anthony DeSantis Jr. joins the companies
1996: Head office of A. DeSantis Real Estate and A. DeSantis Developments
moves to 8 Main Street East, Hamilton
1998: Anthony Jr. becomes a registered real estate sales representative

2000s

2001: Developments awarded the HHHBA environmental award for Millbrook Village, Burlington
2003: Jacksons Landing, Hamilton townhomes completed in 2003
2005: Anthony Jr. serves as HHHBA President
2009: Tony inducted into the HHHBA Hall of Fame

2010-2020s

2012: Conservation Walk, Stoney Creek townhomes completed
2016: The Crossings Phase 1 townhomes completed
2020: Garner Estates, Ancaster townhomes completed
2022: The Jackson condominium completed
